The employer or the recruitment agency will publish an advertisement for a position in print or online. Print versions of the position advertisement can contain a reference to an online resource for information and to make an application (e.g. QR codes or links specified below).
The online version of the position advertisement will feature a link to help direct candidates to the application portal.
Step 1: Access the Careers Page

To apply for a position, the candidate will be directed to the following site:
https://honestally.zohorecruit.com.au/jobs/Careers
Alternatively candidates may be directed to a link specific to a job opening.
Step 2: Select the Job Opening

Candidates will navigate to the relevant job opening and review the advertisement, position description and other details.
Step 3: Create Profile

Candidates will select 'I'm Interested' to create an account and complete their details.
Step 4: Upload Supporting Documents
Step 4: Upload Supporting Documents
Candidates will be required to upload any supporting documents such as Government ID or qualifications.
Candidates can be prompted to answer a pre-screening questionnaire.
