The following roles are defined in the Honestally recruitment process. The roles listed map to specific functions and tasks in the Honestally Recruitment platform:
The Candidate will register for an account in the candidate portal and input relevant information and documents into the system to create their applicant profile.
The Recruitment Agent role is currently fulfilled by Honestally and provides support to:
Manually register candidates in the Recruit platform (as required)
Assist candidates to complete their profile
Assess the completeness of documentation
Refer the candidate to the employer interview panel for assessment
Support the interview process in the form of coaching, assessment and documentation
Conduct checks as required such as pre-employment medicals and police checks
Issue a Letter of Offer (and writing up supporting documents such as Training Plans in consultation with the employer and the candidate)
Help employers and candidates with processes from other agencies (such as AHPRA or immigration applications where appropriate)
The Recruitment Interviewer role is currently fulfilled by staff of the employer, tasks include:
Being aware of and abiding by anti-discrimination laws and practices
Reading and assessing candidate documentation
Determining if a candidate should be interviewed
Participating in the interview process with candidates
Determining if the candidate is provided a Letter of Offer
Drafting a candidate Training Plan in consultation with stakeholders
Referring appropriate information and tasks to the Recruitment Agent
