Questions in an interview are one of the key methods of getting to know a candidate and to gauge their suitability for a position.
Questions can be entered into a preset assessment form for interviewers to use in the Recruit platform, record candidate responses, interviewer comments and provide the candidate with a performance rating for internal use.
Below is a list of example questions that can be selected by an organisation for the Recruitment Agent to create an interview assessment form. Questions are not presented in a specific order on this page, but may be ordered appropriately in the preset assessment form.
Some questions are considered 'essential' in providing a baseline understanding of the candidate. Other questions should be included in the interview but can be more specific to the employment role and organisation.
Where relevant, decision support is available below a question on this page, to help interviewers understand what is being sought in a candidate's response. Decision support is not included in the preset form, it is recommended to have this page available during the interview process.
