Honestally will access the Recruit platform internally. Access may be arranged for a staff member from the employing organisation to fulfil this role (either with or without the continued support of Honestally)
The Recruitment Agent will have access to the Job Opening and can set up and/or amend Job Opening records within available parameters. This includes establishing the Job Description in the system that will then be available online as part of the position advertising.
In the pre-assessment phase, the Recruitment Agent will monitor registration, applications and communication with the candidate to ensure that required documentation is uploaded and any reasonable requests by the candidate for support in the recruitment process are handled appropriately.
The recruitment process requires candidates to:
validate their identity
validate their qualifications
provide education, training and employment history
provide contact details of referees
The specific documentation requested can be adjusted to suit the employers requirements and/or to mirror the documentation required by other stakeholder organisations.
