In the Assessment phase, the Recruiter will review the documentation and information provided by candidates through the Recruit platform. In addition, if there has been any extraneous email or phone conversation between the candidate and the Recruitment Agent, a written summary of relevant dialogue will be created for Interviewers to review.
The Recruitment Agent will determine if the candidate has provided the required information and documentation. The Agent will note any questions, concerns or gaps regarding the candidate’s information, which can be considered and followed up either by the Agent or the Interviewers, as appropriate.
In the case that the candidate has not provided sufficient information, the Agent will request the candidate to undertake actions. In the event that the candidate has met the requirements, the Agent will send the candidate to the employer's interviewers for assessment.
Notes are available to Interviewers in the Discussion tab of the Candidate Record after it has been submitted.
